WARM DISHES

  1. mini quiche (muffin size); spinach, feta cheese and pine nuts or wild tomatoes and goat cheese
  2. Sweet potato stew with cherry tomatoes, scented with cinnamon and honey served with rice
  3. Mushroom and parsnip barley risotto.
  4. Winter vegetables Moroccan tajin, served with minted wholemeal couscous and yoghurt dressing.
  5. Roasted winter vegetables served with wild rice.
  6. grilled polenta served with wild mushroom stew
  7. buckwheat belini with stir fried vegetables and pumpkin tahini souce
