For yoga workshops we will start the day with a detoxing juice that is freshly squeezed from vegetables and fruits and some herbal tea to stimulate and warm you up (especially in cold days). 
Later we will serve lunch. In case the lunch is in the middle of the workshop it will be lighter than if the lunch is to finish half day workshop.

For other occasions and events we will tailor the menu according the nature and needs of it.
